PandaDoc integration

In short

Create documents from templates, send them for signature, track status. Connect it on the Integrations page; your app then calls PandaDoc through Sapilon without ever holding a PandaDoc credential.

Lets your app list templates, create documents from them with recipients and field values, send them for signature, follow their status and download the signed PDF.

Connecting

On the Integrations page choose Connect on PandaDoc and fill in:

API key — PandaDoc → Settings → Integrations → API → Generate production key.

Sapilon checks the key with the provider before it saves it, and stores it encrypted; it is never shown again.

Only these requests are available; anything else is refused.

How the agent uses it

Use integrations.request('pandadoc', …); paths are relative to https://api.pandadoc.com/public/v1.

GET /templates, GET /templates/{id}/details — templates with their roles, tokens and fields.
GET|POST /documents — list, or create from a template. Example: { method: 'POST', path: '/documents', body: { name: 'Offer — Sara', template_uuid: 'tmpl_123', recipients: [{ email: 'sara@acme.com', role: 'Client' }], tokens: [{ name: 'Client.Company', value: 'Acme' }] } }.
GET /documents/{id} — status. A new document is document.uploaded, then document.draft: wait for draft before sending.
POST /documents/{id}/send — body: { message: 'Please sign', silent: false }.
GET /documents/{id}/details — fields and recipients. GET /documents/{id}/download — the PDF.
GET /members/current — who the key belongs to.

Deleting is not allowed.
