ActiveCampaign integration

In short

Sync contacts, tags and lists, and manage deals. Connect it on the Integrations page; your app then calls ActiveCampaign through Sapilon without ever holding an ActiveCampaign credential.

Lets your app create and update contacts, add them to lists and tags, and read and update deals in ActiveCampaign.

Connecting

On the Integrations page choose Connect on ActiveCampaign and fill in:

  • Account name — The part before .api-us1.com in Settings → Developer → URL.
  • API key — ActiveCampaign → Settings → Developer → Key.

Sapilon checks the key with the provider before it saves it, and stores it encrypted; it is never shown again.

What your app can do

Only these requests are available; anything else is refused.

  • GET /users/me
  • GET|POST /contacts
  • GET|PUT /contacts/*
  • POST /contact/sync
  • POST /contactLists
  • POST /contactTags
  • GET /lists
  • GET /tags
  • GET|POST /deals
  • GET|PUT /deals/*

How the agent uses it

Use integrations.request('activecampaign', …); paths are relative to https://<account>.api-us1.com/api/3.

  • POST /contact/sync — create or update by email. Example: { method: 'POST', path: '/contact/sync', body: { contact: { email: 'sara@acme.com', firstName: 'Sara' } } }.
  • GET|POST /contacts (query: { email }), GET|PUT /contacts/{id}.
  • GET /lists; POST /contactLists — body: { contactList: { list, contact, status: 1 } } (1 subscribe, 2 unsubscribe).
  • GET /tags; POST /contactTags — body: { contactTag: { contact, tag } }.
  • GET|POST /deals, GET|PUT /deals/{id}. GET /users/me.

Deleting is not allowed.
