Verified humans only
Every expert applied, was reviewed, and had their background verified by Sapilon before touching client work. No self-declared seniority.
Product
An AI that knows its limits is only half the product. The other half is the verified human who picks up exactly where it stopped: they review the decision, sign it with reasoning, and hands your agent back the green light.
Most AI tools answer everything with the same confidence, whether they should or not. Sapilon's agent is governed: when an action exceeds what your account's expertise covers, it refuses to guess. It rolls the change back, explains itself, and offers to put the decision in front of a qualified human.
That refusal only works if a human is actually reachable. The experts ecosystem is the receiving end: a network of verified specialists who turn a blocked agent into an unblocked one, usually without ever opening your project.
Every expert applied, was reviewed, and had their background verified by Sapilon before touching client work. No self-declared seniority.
Hands-on work runs under a scoped, time-limited project access grant. It names the project and the expert, expires on its own, and revoking it is one click.
Briefs, verdicts, reasoning, and any hands-on session land in the same audit trail as every AI action: logged, diffable, reversible.
No calls to schedule, no calendars to align. Reviews move as fast as a qualified human can read a brief and decide.
A closed loop, not a support ticket. Five steps from the agent stopping itself to the agent carrying on with a human decision behind it.
When a change is above the account’s declared expertise (a schema change on a live system, an unusual dependency, a security judgement), the governed gate blocks it. Changes are rolled back and the intent is captured as a task.
Sapilon first offers colleagues who said they can be asked about that area, for free. When none fits, you pick an expertise area, never a person, and Sapilon routes the task to a verified human with that expertise who is available to take it.
An AI-generated review brief carries everything needed to decide: what you asked, what the agent was about to do, why it was blocked, and where the project stands. Most reviews need no access to your project at all.
The expert decides: approve, approve with changes, reject, or ask for more information. Reasoning is required for everything except a plain approve, so you always know why.
The verdict lands in your chat as a “Response from Expert” step. An approval clears the gate exactly once, for exactly the captured action. A rejection feeds the reasoning back to the agent so it proposes an alternative.
Every verdict comes back with the expert's reasoning attached, rendered right in your chat. And an approval is narrow by construction: it clears the gate once, for exactly the action that was reviewed. A materially different action blocks again. An expert saying yes never becomes a blanket elevation of what the AI may do.
Reasoning is required for every verdict except a plain approve.

Dropping the column is fine, but not in the same release as the code change. Ship the code that stops reading it first, verify in Rehearsal, then run the migration on Live. I've adjusted the plan accordingly.
One-shot approval · scoped to this action · fully audited
You forward a decision to an area of expertise; Sapilon picks the verified human. 12 areas, each priced by job size.
Scope, priorities and the trade-offs that decide whether the app solves the right problem.
System shape: service boundaries, integration patterns, and the calls that are expensive to reverse.
Sequencing the work, the cutover and go-live, so the old system retires on schedule.
Interface and flow decisions where taste and accessibility outrank generated defaults.
Infrastructure, environments, and deployment: the changes that touch your live AWS.
Auth flows, secrets, exposure surface, and anything an attacker would thank you for rushing.
Schemas, pipelines, data migrations, and the irreversible operations you only get to run once.
Demanding screens, browser state and performance, beyond what the UI kit gives you.
AI features inside your app: prompts, evaluation, and what a model should never be trusted with.
Reliability on Live: monitoring, incidents, capacity, backups and restores.
Code-level judgement: risky refactors, API design, dependencies and database changes.
Test strategy and end-to-end coverage, so “did that change break anything” has a real answer.
Expert prices are published per expertise and job size, and they are all-inclusive: Sapilon's share comes out of the published price, never on top of it. You're charged when the job completes; large jobs settle against approved hours, never past the cap you agreed.
See the published expert prices →No platform, contract, or hiring fees added on top of the published price.
Fixed jobs are charged once, when the work is done; large jobs settle against approved hours.
Small and medium jobs are fixed prices; larger work is quoted with a cap you approve.
Modernize with an AI that escalates the hard calls to verified humans instead of guessing.
