Google Forms integration

In short

Create forms and read their responses. Connect it on the Integrations page; your app then calls Google Forms through Sapilon without ever holding a Google credential.

Lets your app create Google Forms, read and change a form’s questions, and read its responses, for forms the connected account can open.

To find existing forms, connect Google Drive as well.

Connecting

On the Integrations page choose Connect on Google Forms, sign in to Google and allow access. Under Advanced you can use your own Google OAuth app instead of Sapilon’s.

  • Your app can edit and read the responses of every form this account can open.
  • Sapilon’s Google app is still in verification: you may see an “unverified app” screen. Advanced → Bring your own OAuth app avoids it.

What your app can do

Only these requests are available; anything else is refused.

  • POST /forms
  • GET|POST /forms/*
  • GET /forms/*/responses
  • GET /forms/*/responses/*

How the agent uses it

Use integrations.request('google-forms', …); paths are relative to https://forms.googleapis.com/v1. The form id is the long part of its edit URL.

  • POST /forms — create (title only). Example: { method: 'POST', path: '/forms', body: { info: { title: 'Event sign-up' } } }.
  • GET /forms/{formId} — questions and their questionIds.
  • POST /forms/{formId}:batchUpdate — add or change questions. Example: { method: 'POST', path: '/forms/1AbC:batchUpdate', body: { requests: [{ createItem: { item: { title: 'Your name', questionItem: { question: { required: true, textQuestion: {} } } }, location: { index: 0 } } }] } }.
  • GET /forms/{formId}/responses — Example: { method: 'GET', path: '/forms/1AbC/responses', query: { filter: 'timestamp > 2026-10-01T00:00:00Z' } }. GET /forms/{formId}/responses/{responseId} — one response.
