AI governance you can trust

Every AI action is logged, diffable, and reversible. Explicit ownership zones make it unambiguous what the AI may touch and what stays under human control.

Ownership zones

//!AUTO: the AI owns this code. //!SAFE: the AI proposes changes, a human approves. //!DEV: humans only. The zones are explicit in the codebase, not a hidden policy.

Observable and reversible

Nothing the AI does is a black box: actions are logged with a full audit trail, rendered as diffs, and can be rolled back. Automated code review runs on generated changes.

The agent knows who it is working for

Each person tells Sapilon their level in each area (architecture, backend, security and the rest). Some actions, such as adding a dependency, dropping a column or touching secrets, need someone who knows the area, and the level needed rises as the project nears Live. When your level doesn’t cover it, the agent stops and offers the decision to a teammate who can be asked, then to a verified expert.

A checkup before anything ships

Before a version reaches your Rehearsal or Live Server, a checkup looks at whether it is ready: tests, types, security, and every database statement it would run, classified as safe, risky or lossy. What it finds becomes findings you fix, waive, queue as tasks or hand to an expert. Live only takes a version that has passed.
