Jotform integration

In short

Read forms and their submissions, and add submissions. Connect it on the Integrations page; your app then calls Jotform through Sapilon without ever holding a Jotform credential.

Lets your app list your Jotform forms and their questions, read submissions and add new ones.

Connecting

On the Integrations page choose Connect on Jotform and fill in:

  • Data region — api for most accounts, eu-api for EU Safe accounts, hipaa-api for HIPAA accounts.
  • API key — Jotform → My Account → API → Create New Key. Full Access lets the app add submissions.

Sapilon checks the key with the provider before it saves it, and stores it encrypted; it is never shown again.

What your app can do

Only these requests are available; anything else is refused.

  • GET /user
  • GET /user/forms
  • GET /user/submissions
  • GET /form/*
  • GET /form/*/questions
  • GET|POST /form/*/submissions
  • GET /submission/*

How the agent uses it

Use integrations.request('jotform', …); paths are relative to https://api.jotform.com.

  • GET /user, GET /user/forms, GET /user/submissions — the account, its forms and every submission (query: { limit: '50', offset: '0' }).
  • GET /form/{id}, GET /form/{id}/questions — a form and its questions (keyed by question id).
  • GET|POST /form/{id}/submissions — list, or add one keyed by question id. Example: { method: 'POST', path: '/form/2401/submissions', body: { 'submission[3]': 'Sara', 'submission[4]': 'sara@acme.com' } }.
  • GET /submission/{id} — one submission; answers is keyed by question id.

Answers come back under content. Deleting is not allowed.
