Google Tasks integration

In short

Read task lists and create, update and complete tasks. Connect it on the Integrations page; your app then calls Google Tasks through Sapilon without ever holding a Google credential.

Lets your app read the connected account’s task lists and create, update, complete and delete tasks.

Connecting

On the Integrations page choose Connect on Google Tasks, sign in to Google and allow access. Under Advanced you can use your own Google OAuth app instead of Sapilon’s.

  • Tasks your app creates appear in the connected account’s Google Tasks.
  • Sapilon’s Google app is still in verification: you may see an “unverified app” screen. Advanced → Bring your own OAuth app avoids it.

What your app can do

Only these requests are available; anything else is refused.

  • GET /users/@me/lists
  • GET|POST /lists/*/tasks
  • GET|PATCH|DELETE /lists/*/tasks/*

How the agent uses it

Use integrations.request('google-tasks', …); paths are relative to https://tasks.googleapis.com/tasks/v1.

  • GET /users/@me/lists — the task lists. Example: { method: 'GET', path: '/users/@me/lists' }.
  • GET|POST /lists/{listId}/tasks — Example: { method: 'POST', path: '/lists/MDE/tasks', body: { title: 'Call back', notes: 'About the invoice', due: '2026-10-20T00:00:00Z' } }; list with query: { showCompleted: 'false' }.
  • GET|PATCH|DELETE /lists/{listId}/tasks/{taskId} — complete with body: { status: 'completed' }.

Only the date part of due is kept.
