Human specialists at transparent, all-inclusive prices, sized to the job.
Three job sizes, one simple promise
Small jobs (under 30 minutes: a quick review or decision) and Medium jobs (about an hour of hands-on work) are fixed prices: you know the cost before the expert starts, and it doesn’t change with the clock. Large jobs (more than an hour) are billed per hour.
Large jobs are quoted and capped
Before a Large job starts, the expert gives you an estimated hours range and a not-to-exceed cap you approve up front. You see hours accumulate as work progresses, and the cap is only raised with your explicit approval, never exceeded silently.
The price you see is the price you pay
Every price is all-inclusive: no platform fees, contract fees, or hiring fees added on top. Sapilon’s share comes out of the published price, never out of your pocket twice.
Prices by expert and job size
Small jobs (under 30 minutes) and Medium jobs (about an hour) are fixed prices, with no clock running. Large jobs are billed per hour against an estimate and a cap you approve before work starts. Prices include everything, with no platform fees on top. VAT is added where it applies.

Prices are set per expert area and job size; what’s listed above is exactly what’s billed. The expert confirms the job size before starting.
Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies: 21% in the Netherlands, none for EU businesses with a VAT ID (reverse charge), and none outside the EU.
